1. Introduction Welcome to Peerless Pressure Washing Inc. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use our services.

2. Services Peerless Pressure Washing Inc. provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to pressure washing driveways, sidewalks, patios, and exterior walls. Detailed descriptions of our services are available upon request or at our premises at 2315 Timbergrove Dr., Valrico, FL 33596.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation Appointments may be scheduled by calling (813) 230-5915. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee.

4. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. A detailed invoice will be provided for all services rendered.

5. Liability Peerless Pressure Washing Inc. is not liable for any incidental damage that may occur during the provision of our services, including but not limited to damage to outdoor fixtures or landscaping. Clients are encouraged to secure or inform us of potential vulnerable areas prior to service.

6. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide safe access to the areas requiring services and ensure that all windows are closed and pets are secured. Failure to do so may affect the quality of service and overall safety.

7. Privacy Policy Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
